1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Use of the meoh79 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering and/or continuing to use the platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of meoh79 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service partners.
5. You are not self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any voluntary or regulatory exclusion order at the time of registration.
6. You are registering and using the platform in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
7. All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current, and you will promptly update your account details should any information change.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the meoh79 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household connections — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. meoh79 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances and winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. meoh79 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login page. You must notify meoh79 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. meoh79 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to adequately protect their credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

All Members are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. meoh79 may request KYC documents at any time, including at the point of deposit, during routine compliance reviews, or where unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), and may also include a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie holding the KTP. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3.4 Account Closure by Member

Members who wish to permanently close their account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other registered payment method) after all pending wagers are settled and KYC obligations are satisfied. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are non-refundable.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

meoh79 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and digital wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). meoh79 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to the Member's account within 5 minutes of successful transfer confirmation during normal banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Transfers made outside banking hours or during scheduled maintenance windows of the Member's bank may be subject to delays. meoh79 is not liable for delays attributable to the Member's banking institution or e-wallet provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after this cut-off, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be rejected without exception.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum daily withdrawal limits, and any applicable processing fees are published on the Platform's banking information page and may be updated from time to time. Members are responsible for reviewing current limits prior to submitting a withdrawal request.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

meoh79 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) controls in compliance with international best-practice standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. meoh79 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual deposit-and-withdraw patterns are detected. Accounts suspected of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by meoh79 are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion; these General Terms shall govern all other matters.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered at the rollover multiplier specified in the applicable promotion before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money funds in the Account Balance are always wagered first before Bonus Funds, unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion. Bets placed on markets with odds below the minimum qualifying threshold stated in the promotion do not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

meoh79 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a Member or group of coordinated Members has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets across accounts to lock in bonus value with minimal risk ("arbing" or "bonus hunting"), and providing false information to qualify for targeted promotions.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to meoh79's acceptance at its sole discretion. meoh79 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet — in whole or in part — where there is evidence of palpable error in the odds, system malfunction, match-fixing, insider information, or any other integrity concern. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Member's Account Balance.

6.2 Palpable Errors

If odds are published as a result of a manifest error (for example, a decimal odds figure that is clearly inconsistent with the true market price), meoh79 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has already concluded. meoh79 will endeavor to detect and correct palpable errors as quickly as possible and will notify affected Members promptly.

6.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing in real time. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of the acceptance confirmation on-screen. Bets placed during a market suspension may be rejected or subject to revised odds. Connectivity issues on the Member's side (poor network, browser crashes) that prevent confirmation of a live bet do not create an obligation on meoh79 to honor the attempted wager.

6.4 Togel and Numbers Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets follow official draw schedules. Results are published promptly following each official draw. Disputes relating to draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the result publication. meoh79's determination of the official result — based on the published draw authority — is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the meoh79 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law-enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with meoh79 staff.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence scrapers, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform's pricing or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities — Members who discover any such issue must report it immediately to [email protected].
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the integrity of sporting events on which meoh79 offers markets.
• Colluding with other Members, whether to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit promotional terms collectively.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Transferring Account Balance funds to another Member's account by any means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing meoh79 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the meoh79 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of meoh79 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Member any right, title, or interest in any meoh79 intellectual property. Members may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any meoh79 content without prior written authorization from the Company.

9 Privacy & Data

meoh79's collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Members may exercise their data rights — including access, correction, and deletion — by contacting our Data Protection team at [email protected].

10 Responsible Gaming

meoh79 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides Members with tools to manage their gaming behavior, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Members who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek independent support. Full details of available responsible gaming tools and support resources are set out on our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. meoh79 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to use the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meoh79 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even where meoh79 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or data loss caused by factors beyond meoh79's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, acts of government, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages.
• Errors or delays in payment processing attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or others).
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to safeguard their account credentials or comply with these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, meoh79's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

meoh79 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member's account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or AML/CTF-related activity.
• The Member has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• meoh79 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the meoh79 platform.

Upon termination for cause, meoh79 may withhold Account Balance funds pending investigation and may permanently forfeit Bonus Funds. Where termination occurs for reasons other than Member breach, any verified real-money Account Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of gaming law as applied by the jurisdiction in which meoh79 holds its operating license. meoh79 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that its services are legal in every jurisdiction in which they may be accessed. Members in Indonesia are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation under Indonesian law, and meoh79 makes no representation in this regard.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through meoh79's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14 Amendments

meoh79 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, meoh79 will notify active Members via a platform notification or email to the address registered on their account, providing at least 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. Members who do not wish to be bound by revised terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4 above.
